Our Return Policy

Free returns. Free exchanges. We will gladly accept returns for up to 30 days after your order ships for items that have not been used, worn, or washed. Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment used during purchase. 

To return or exchange an item, please kindly contact us first. We also process online returns in person at our flagship store located at 315 E Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55414

Allow up to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse.

Final Sale

Items online marked as final sale or purchased at Warehouse Sales are final sale & not returnable.

Personalized Product

Personalized products, including stamped jewelry and leather, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Our online free exchanges are only for the same item for a different size or color. If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, please initiate a return on our returns and exchanges center and place a new separate order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
